The new 32,000 square foot store is located right in the heart of New Orleans’ French Quarter at the corner of Decatur and St. Louis.

The New Orleans location is one of the first H&M stores to debut the in-store Home department in the US. The store of course also carries apparel for men, women, young ladies and young men, with additional sections for accessories, lingerie, and sports apparel, and even H&M’s plus size line. This location also features the Swedish retailer’s adorable children’s collection, which includes  clothing for kids ranging in age from newborns to young teenagers.

Good Morning readers, today you’re getting a double blog post. For my first post of the day, I’m going to tell you all about my amazing weekend at H&M.  Friday night, I attended the VIP H&M Masquerade party in New Orleans where all of the invited guests got to preview and shop the store at 25% OFF with special performances by The Dolls and The Pinettes Brass Band. On top of that, I got to meet celebrity guests, Blake Lively and Emma Roberts! I had an fabulous time visiting with all of the other special guests and of course seeing all of my friends in the fashion industry.

Saturday, November 16th was a whole new world of madness when H&M opened up their doors to the public at 12 in the afternoon. I was there along with a Krystal from A Pinch of Lovely and Scott Simon of I Heart NOLA to greet the shoppers and offer them our style advice. We chose a number of different shoppers to cut the long lines and join us in our exclusive reserved dressing room where we styled the guests and gave them a special code for 20% OFF their entire purchase! Juley Thuy of Upperlyne and Katie and Rachel of The Elizabeth Chronicles took over later in the day. Needless to say, this was an experience of a lifetime and I feel so privileged to have worked with such a fantastic company.
