Show Me Your Mumu at Lotus Look
Happy Friday everyone! I’m about to leave for my best friend’s bachelorette beach trip, but before I head out I wanted to share these Show Me Your Mumu looks from Lotus Look just in time for the weekend. About the bag: Remember my most recent post featuring the Kelly Wynne ‘Sorry I’m Not Sorry’ satchel from the Island Allure Collection? (see here: Watercolor Dress + Island Allure) Well, today I’ve styled another bag from the collection called the Mingle Mingle Mini in Galapagos Island. This metallic bag is perfect for dressing up summer sun dresses in the evening, which is exactly what I did here! During the day I can wear this printed Michelle Tunic with flat sandals, every day jewelry and a tote. Then at night I can throw on a pair of heels, some Loren Hope statement jewels and my Kelly Wynne Mingle Mingle Mini. This makes packing for summer trips much easier when you can easily take your looks from day to night.

Good Morning readers, Cinco de Mayo is less than a week away and since it’s one of our most favorite festive holidays, Krystal of A Pinch of Lovely and I decided to put this fun Cinco de Mayo style post together for you. Don’t worry! No piñatas were harmed in the making of these photos minus Krystal’s head a few times! Just kidding! It was close when I had the blind fold on though!
Anyway, I plan wearing these festive matching seperates by Show Me Your Mumu for Cinco de Mayo. I’m a huge fan of matching separates, but in the case that you aren’t, I have also styled these shorts with a different top, which is coming to the blog soon.
I’m going to end this post here because I’m in the middle of babysitting my one-and-a-half-year-old “fairy” God child and she’s currently trying to feed her baby doll the lunch that she is supposed to be eating herself! This is of course after she fed my purse an entire bag of goldfish when I wasn’t looking. Please excuse me while I go empty out my gold fish filled handbag and scrape all of the turkey off all of the baby dolls’ faces.

Good Morning readers, how about this flirty spring skirt! Today I’m featuring two of my favorite clothing and shoe brands from Herringstone’s Boutique to wear during the spring and summer. Show Me Your Mumu and Dolce Vita are my number one go-to brands as soon as spring rolls around each year because Dolce Vita always makes the cutest heeled sandals in neutral colors. I’m telling you, they go with everything!! As for Mumu, they always design the prettiest prints and and boho silhouettes in vibrant colors and lightweight fabrics. The lightweight wrinkle-free material is the best part considering how hot it gets during Louisiana summers! Right now I’m loving their Red Rocks Romper, the RiRi Romper and the Baskin Mini Dress! I also like to wear their Peta and Shook tunics as swim coverups. Oh and I can’t forget to mention the cropped top and flirty spring skirt that I’m wearing in today’s post! I literally wore this cropped top every day of last summer! It’s definitely a staple piece in my wardrobe.
