Good Morning readers, I sure hope you like these pants because they’re all you’re going to be seeing these next few days.  I am going to show you three different ways to wear the Hudson Leeloo Tuxedo Striped skinnies.  By now you all know that black and white is a top trend for spring and summer.  No two tones play better together than classic black and white. The contrast between the two colors is so fresh and chic and looks great when paired bold colors red or yellow.  I think these pants are appropriate for work with the right accessories or a night out with the girls.  For work, keep the look simple by maintaining the classic black and white theme and adding a pop of color with a scarf or tote.

For this outfit, I wore an embellished peplum top for a feminine and sassy vibe.  I love how the decor on the neckline contrasts with the silver pumps and the metallic laser-cut clutch.

P.S. I just want to let you know that I have a giveaway coming to Haute Off The Rack.  Details soon to follow!

Have a great day!

Good Morning readers, TGIF right?  This is the last behind the scenes look at upcoming outfits for Haute Off The Rack before the weekend. By Monday there will finally be an outfit post up on the blog.  Next week, you’ll see three different ways to wear these black and white tuxedo stripe Hudson jeans pictured in today’s post. As you can see, I’m kind of on a black and white kick right now. I just love how classic and chic the colors look paired in an outfit together.  However, I usually always have to add a pop of color into my black and white looks like red or neon or a metallic hue.

On another note, I really want to thank you all for your support on my Doves of a Feather necklace that I collaborated with Dotted Tusk.  I just love all of the postivive feedback from everyone and I’m so glad that you all like it.  You can order one here –> Doves of a Feather

Also, another huge thank you goes out to NOLAwoman.com for writing such a wonderful article about Haute Off The Rack. You can view the article here–> NOLA Woman

P.S. Below is sneak peek of next week’s outfit post.

Good Morning readers, today is all about spring shoes!  Here is a word of advice: If the shoe fits, buy it especially if it’s from Target! All of the shoes featured on today’s post are from Target except for the nude Victoria’s Secret ankle strap heels and the black and white Zig-zag Missoni sandals. Target always does a great job of replicating the latest trends for less than a fraction of the price you pay for brand names.  So before you splurge on a trendy item this season, make sure to scope out your local Target first because you just might find exactly what you’re looking for minus the designer label and a couple of extra zeros on the price tag.  I’m usually always impressed with the quality of Target shoes and they normally seem to hold up for as long as they’re in style, which is all the time you need them for anyway.

Good Morning readers, I hope you’re all having a great week so far.  I’m still wishing that I was at the beach.  Instead I’ve been working and preparing spring style boards and outfits for Haute Off The Rack.  This week you’ll mostly be seeing behind the scene product shoots of spring trends kind of like today’s post.  I was sick for the last two weeks and just couldn’t bring myself to get in front of the camera so I had Kaela come and shoot a few sneak peeks to hold you over.  I should have some outfits back up on the blog by next week!  Until then I hope you enjoy all of my behind the scene photos of what I do to put outfits together for Haute Off The Rack.

When it comes to putting outfits together for blog posts, I usually group pieces together by color and style (pictured above) and try on all possible combinations until I decide on which look I like best. Then I incorporate jewelry, accessories and shoes for each outfit.  I also refer to my list of looks I’d like to attempt and feature on Haute Off The Rack when pairing outfits together before photo shoots.
