Motivation Monday: Lucy Activewear
It’s #motivationMonday! You know what that means…another cute activewear post of course and this time I’m featuring a super cute blush and grey look by Lucy Activewear! In case you missed my last #motivationMonday Instagram post, I made a new rule for myself. I confessed to wearing activewear on a daily basis without actually working out in my gym clothes. So my new rule is that I have to do some type of physical activity anytime I put on workout clothes! This does NOT include running errands even though I totally consider it a physical pain!

Hi everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and managed to stay warm and cozy. About this look: One of my favorite color combinations to wear right now is blush and grey. See my latest blush and grey look here–> Blush Coat + Grey Pom Beanie Since I love that color combo so much, I decided to translate those colors into my activewear wardrobe. I find that idea works as one of the best ways to create a workout look. Just think of how you normally like to dress and recreate those looks using gym clothes.

Hi everyone, I hope you’ve all been enjoying the weekend! We’ve been freezing over here in Louisiana, but I’m sure it’s no comparison to the snowy northeast right now. Speaking of snow, seeing everyone in their snow gear yesterday got me all excited for my upcoming ski trip to Breckenridge, CO. This will be my first time to Breckenridge so I’d love to hear your recommendations. I’d also love to hear you cold weather must-haves so I can make sure I’m full prepared to take on the snow!

Happy Friday everyone! I hope you’re all staying warm wherever you are! I’m currently freezing my butt off at my desk right now! No matter how high we raise the heater it still won’t warm up our old little house. Our house was built in 1929 so it has zero insulation, which is why I’m currently wearing every single cold weather accessory I own right now! Blush Coat + Grey Pom Beanie
If you’ve been following along with me on Instagram lately then I’m sure you’ve seen this grey pom beanie and you know that I’m kind in love with it. Not only is it a vital cold weather accessory, but it’s also perfect for hiding flat or dirty hair, which I’m usually pretty guilty of. In this case, I’m actually wearing it paired with this look because I love how it gives my blush trench a more casual vibe.

About the blush trench: A blush trench coat is the perfect solution to adding a soft hint of spring to your winter wardrobe especially as we move closer to the transitional season. At this point of winter I’m sure you’re fully stocked up on winter coats, but this lightweight trench from Chicwish is easy for layering with additional warmer pieces for now and will still be useful later into spring. It’s also perfect for Valentine’s Day coming up next month.
