Nude Shoes You Need Now!
If I could only keep one single pair of shoes in my wardrobe, they would most definitely be nude. So for today’s post I styled two pairs of nude shoes you need now! Like, right now! Maybe even yesterday! Nine times out 10, they are the solution to my outfit problem. Don’t get me wrong, I love a fun colored pair of shoes, but nude rarely ever fails me and I need a pair of shoes that I can always depend on. Fortunately, I found hundreds of killer nude shoes in all kinds of heights and styles and narrowed down the best ones for you. I only featured two pairs in today’s post, but you can shop more of my top nude shoe picks in the widget below!

Jewelry: Beaded Charm Bracelets c/o Jemma Sands | Elyse Ring & Lawson Cuff c/o Kendra Scott | Teardrop Stacking Ring c/o Melanie Auld
About these nude espadrilles: They are surprisingly comfortable considering that I don’t normally wear flats on a daily basis. Also, they strongly resemble the beautiful Valentino Rockstud Espadrilles minus the fact that these ones only cost $69, which is less than a fraction of the price of a pair of Valentino’s! What a steal, right?!

About the nude Jayla heels: I first fell in love with the Splendid Jayla heels last summer, but I missed my chance before they all sold out. So when I saw that Nordstrom restocked them this year I immediately jumped at the opportunity! The Jayla is most definitely not just your average pair of nude heels. These babies can totally elevate your entire look. I especially love the combination of the stacked heel with the wrap around ankle and gold buckle detail

5 Things To Pack For Tropical Summer Getaways
Hi everyone, today I’m sharing 5 things to pack for tropical summer getaways based on my previous travel experiences. If you follow me on Instagram and Snapchat then you know that I just returned from a five day cruise to beautiful Bermuda. I had the pleasure of sailing on Royal Caribbean’s Anthem Of The Seas ship with my blogger besties and lots of new friends too. We stayed in the Ocean View Staterooms which include balconies and plenty of room for over packers like myself who like to bring along their whole room wherever they go. However, even though we each had our own rooms, I couldn’t bare the thought of being all alone in the middle of the ocean. So I ran up five flights of stairs every night to Krystal’s room because I’m a big baby like that!

Anyway, back to what this post is really about! Today I’m sharing tips on what to pack for tropical summer getaways!
1) Passport Case & Zip Around Wallet or Card Case
Firstly, if you’re heading overseas, you’ll need a passport case to keep your ID and tickets organized. I love this personalized Gigi New York passport holder!

I also recommend a nice zip around wallet like this Daily Leather Wallet by Mark & Graham as well as a small card case to fit perfectly into your smaller cross body bags. Fortunately, all we needed to get on the Royal Caribbean were our Sea Passes, which made it so nice to not have to carry around my cash, ID, credit cards plus a room key. I can’t believe that I didn’t even lose my Sea Pass once, which is a record for me because I always lose or deactivate my room key at least once during every trip. The Royal Caribbean makes it super easy to check your sea pass activity by allowing you to look on the TV in your room. I was also able to view restaurant menus, onboard entertainment and the daily itineraries on my TV too.

2) Beach Tote
Bring one giant beach tote that you use as a carryon or fit inside your suitcase filled with all your swimwear and beach essentials like a towel, flip flops, pool floats, coverups etc…

3) Travel Size Toiletries & Hot Tools
If you purchase travel sizes of all of the products you normally use at home and always keep them in your toiletry bag, you’re less likely to accidentally leave something behind. I highly recommend the Tula Skincare travel set, which you can currently get for 25% OFF + FREE shipping with code: HAUTE25
I’ve been using these products for the past month and I’m obsessed. I’ll be doing a full blog post on the skincare line soon, but until then, make sure to take advantage of the promo code! Also, I’m obsessed with this mini travel size flat iron and hair dryer by T3.

4) Sun Hats & Sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun!
I’m big on hats so I usually pack two to three. To pack my hats, I stack them on top of one another and stuff them with my socks and underwear to help preserve their shape. When it comes to packing sunscreen, I place the tubes and bottles inside ziplock bags or water resistant bags to avoid them spilling or leaking all over my clothes.

Lace Crochet for Cinco de Mayo
Happy Cinco de Mayo everyone! How cute are these lace crochet off the shoulder pieces? I wish I was wearing one now with a margarita in hand. Instead, I’m currently celebrating in the Newark airport on the way back from my cruise to Bermuda with the girls, which was a blast by the way. I’ll be posting a full recap of the cruise on the blog soon, but until I hope you enjoy these festive off the shoulder looks for Cinco de Mayo below! I actually wore the red, lace crochet romper while I was on the cruise this past week.

L’Oréal Advanced Hair Care Review
Hi everyone, today I’m sharing a L’Oréal Advanced Hair Care review after using the products for about a 10 days. If you regularly follow along with Haute Off The Rack, then you know that I’ve been visiting the beach a lot lately, which resulted in major skin and hair damage from the sun. I’m partly to blame though for being lazy when it comes to reapplying sunscreen and keeping my hat on.
However, the appearance of healthy skin and hair is super important to me so I knew I needed to do something to restore and rejuvenate my hair. Unfortunately, I can’t afford weekly deep moisturizing treatments at the hair salon after traveling every time so I decided to look for an equal alternative. I researched multiple hair products and thankfully I came across L’Oréal Advanced Hair Care products, which had five stars and thousands of positive reviews at Target. I immediately started using L’Oréal’s Advanced Haircare Extraordinary Oil Nourishing shampoo and conditioner and was pleasantly surprised with results. Before I started using the products, my hair looked dull, lifeless and dried out. You can even see how terrible my hair looked in the photos below after four beach trips right before starting the hair care products. However, if you scroll all the way to the bottom of the post, you’ll see the end results featuring a couple of recent photos of my hair looking soft, luxurious and restored. The best part is that it was quick, affordable and didn’t require multiple visits to the hair salon.
