Hi everyone, I hope you’re all having a great week so far and if not, at least we’re only one more day from Friday, right?! I’m actually really looking forward to the weekend because it’s been a long week for me and I’m also the maid of honor in best friend’s wedding on Saturday. I’ve been checking the weather all week and I’m so happy that Saturday’s forecast has drastically changed from scattered thunderstorms to all day sunshine. Let’s just hope it stays that way! As for the bridal luncheon and rehearsal dinner tomorrow night…well, that’s a different story. It’s supposed to storm all day and we all know how great rain and humidity is for our hair!

Fortunately, I know just how to prevent frizz and how to protect your hair against humidity. I recently partnered with Living Proof to try out their No Frizz Nourishing Oil at the perfect time to help keep my hair smooth and frizz-free no matter the weather. I’ve already tested out the product and found that it left my hair feeling softer, smoother and overall easier to work with.

Follow these four easy steps for my hair protection against humidity routine:

1) First, I start with Living Proof’s No Frizz Shampoo and Conditioner and then I follow with the No Frizz weightless styling spray.

2) I have super fine hair so I only apply one to two pumps of the No Frizz Nourishing Oil to  my hair to help condition and hydrate my locks. Thankfully, it’s super lightweight and build-able, so it doesn’t weigh down my hair or leave it feeling greasy. When it comes to women with courser hair, you can always add more as needed. This product actually comes highly recommended for those with course hair, but is not limited to other hair types.

3) Next, I follow with the No Frizz humidity sheild spray once my hair is dry. That stuff is vital for hair survival in the Louisiana humidity!

4) Lastly, I finish with Living Proof’s Control hairspray. Sometimes, I add a little dry shampoo to my roots for some added texture depending on the look I’m going for.
