Good Morning readers! I hope you all enjoyed your weekend! Mine was amazing because I’m currently in Cabo San Lucas with Blake and my blogger besties! Make sure to check out all of the fun on snapchat: @HauteOffTheRack

As for the Gigi New York Jenn Bucket Bag, I’m so thrilled that the bucket bag I designed last November 2014 is back for another season in brand new colors. I’m carrying the new Slate color, which I love because I’m all about shades of grey this fall. I also love love love the new Bone Color.

Lastly, if you’ve been following me on Instagram then you know that I’m currently obsessed with sleeveless outerwear! It’s the perfect chic and stylish piece for that awkward transitional period in between summer and fall. Don’t worry though, you’ll still be able to wear them into fall too! I highly recommend the olive vest in today’s post. I like the fit so much that I bought it in two colors! I also highly suggest this sleeveless trench too that you’ll be seeing in some upcoming blog posts–> Sleeveless Lightweight Trench Coat

Good Morning readers, I’m so excited to launch the Jenn Bucket Bag 2 with GiGi New York today and I have a good feeling that you are going to love it! The GiGi New York Jenn Bucket Bag Pebble Edition is now available in salmon (pictured here), ivory, cobalt and saddle.

I am loving both the bright new pebble leathers as well as the python pastels for spring. I especially love the Salmon color and the Desert Rose. I thought I was going to prefer the saddle color in the pebble leather since it goes with everything, but I was surprised to see how many outfits I loved wearing with the salmon color! I still love the saddle, but I’m all about adding a pop of color to my looks with the salmon!

I really like how the pebble version of the Jenn Bucket Bag gives you more of a casual boho vibe for summer. It pairs perfectly with the everyday outfits and adds the perfect touch to festival style looks.

Designing my very own handbag with Gigi New York has been like a dream come true for me and I cannot thank their team enough for making the Jenn Bucket Bag possible. For more on the design process, check out my interview from when we first launched the Jenn Bag this past fall here–> The Debut of The Jenn Bucket Bag & Jenn Bucket Bag Travels to NYC

Read my interview below for deets on the new colors for Spring 2015!

Describe your favorite feature of the Jenn Bucket Bag.

My favorite feature of the Jenn Bucket Bag is that it has both a short shoulder strap and a removable crossbody strap for convenience. I also love the texture of the embossed python body with the smooth pebble trim for added details.

We love the color Desert Rose for Spring! What made you pick this color from our new collection?

I am obsessed with all things pink right now especially blush! Honestly, I’ve been waiting for this bag in the Desert Rose color since we designed the Jenn Bucket Bag this past fall.

Describe 2 places you think you’ll take the Jenn Bucket Bag in Desert Rose

I have already taken my Jenn Bucket Bag in Desert Rose on a mini staycation at the Le Meridien Hotel in New Orleans and the Southern Hotel in Downtown Covington. I’ve also taken it out to my favorite café, Abita Roasting Co. for coffee and King Cake before running errands. However, I hope to take the Jenn bag on quite a few exciting adventures throughout 2015! So stay tuned for #JennBucketBagTravels!

How do you make this color transition from late winter to early spring?

The Desert Rose color is definitely considered a neutral with its gorgeous blush tone, which makes it super easy to transition into new seasons. The new Harbor Blue color is equally beautiful and can easily fit into the neutral family as well. Lately, I’ve been pairing mine with my distressed denim, ankle boots and my sleeveless trench or ivory moto jacket for a refreshing transitional look that still keeps me warm. Once spring officially arrives, you’ll see me toting around my Jenn bag while wearing espadrilles, cutoffs and beach cover-ups!

We know you have carried the Jenn Bucket Bag (in other colors) for some time now. Do you like the new colors we chose for Spring?

I of course still love my Stone and Navy bucket bags for Spring, but I’m so excited to incorporate these new pastel colors into my wardrobe! Like I mentioned earlier, I’ve been waiting for these soft spring pastels since fall.

Good Afternoon readers and Happy Halloween! I just got to New York for the weekend to celebrate the launch of the Jenn bucket bag. In case you missed my first post about the handbag I designed with GiGi New York, you can view it here–> The Debut of The Jenn Bucket Bag. Also, make sure to check out my features interview on their site at

I still can’t believe I actually have my own handbag collaboration with such a remarkable fine leather and handbag company! Designing my own bag with Gigi New York was just a mere fantasy of mine until I got to tour the Graphic Image factory in New York this past year with the owner, Tom Glazer. It was during that tour that things quickly started to fall into place. Tom’s passion and enthusiasm for the company inspired me to get creative while we were in the place where all of the magic happens, the design room! We (A Pinch of Lovely, Kaela Rodehorst Photography & myself) got the opportunity to view all of the bright-colored new leathers for spring and summer 2015 as well as potential new handbag styles. My excitement got me a little carried away and I started describing my dream Gigi handbag design.  Much to my surprise, Tom immediately went for it and said, “Hey, let’s do it! We can do a handbag collaboration.” I just about died when I heard those words come out of his mouth, but that didn’t even compare to when I first laid eyes on the sample of what was going to be my very own handbag that would soon be available for everyone to buy. Gigi New York’s amazing team made the collaboration process a cinch for me. All I had to do was tell them exactly how I envisioned the bag and they got everything down right to the very last detail. I of course got to test everything out and make any necessary changes before it went into production.  I am so grateful to Gigi New York for this incredible experience.  It has been the opportunity of a lifetime and something I’ll never forget.

Follow along with @GigiNewYork on Instagram today! I’m taking over their account and sharing photos of my “Jenn Bucket Bag” travels in NYC to celebrate the launch of my handbag!
