About the bag: Remember my most recent post featuring the Kelly Wynne ‘Sorry I’m Not Sorry’ satchel from the Island Allure Collection? (see here: Watercolor Dress + Island Allure) Well, today I’ve styled another bag from the collection called the Mingle Mingle Mini in Galapagos Island. This metallic bag is perfect for dressing up summer sun dresses in the evening, which is exactly what I did here! During the day I can wear this printed Michelle Tunic with flat sandals, every day jewelry and a tote. Then at night I can throw on a pair of heels, some Loren Hope statement jewels and my Kelly Wynne Mingle Mingle Mini. This makes packing for summer trips much easier when you can easily take your looks from day to night.

Olive Dress for St. Patrick’s Day 2016
Happy St. Patrick’s Day 2016 everyone! I hope the day brings you plenty of luck. I know that St. Paddy’s Day requires wearing more of a Kelly Green color, but I much more prefer olive so that’s what I’m going with! On top of that, I love this easy, drawstring shirt dress for spring. It looks super cute paired with a summer hat and both flat sandals or wedges. You could even dress it up for a more sophisticated, work look with pumps and tailored blazer. I added a suede moto jacket to maintain the cool and casual vibe of the outfit plus it it still gets cool in the evenings in early spring.

It’s the perfect shirt for a day of playing tourist in the New Orleans French Quarter especially during Mardi Gras. Speaking of Mardi Gras, it’s going to be a beautiful weekend for parades all the way until Fat Tuesday! If you’re heading out to Bacchus & Endymion this weekend, I recommend wearing the following essentials!

1) Comfortable shoes for walking! I like wearing my Nikes or flat ankle boots!
