Happy Motivation Monday everyone! I just wanted to do a little holiday season fitness goal check in with you because this Thursday is Thanksgiving and you know that means…it’s officially time to start indulging yourself with holiday sweets and treats. While I fully support the tradition of stuffing yourself with turkey and dressing until you can’t anymore on Thanksgiving Day, let’s not forget our holiday season fitness goal! That doesn’t mean you need to start decorating just yet, but you may want to set a date with a few of your close friends and family for a cookie-baking, hot-cocoa-drinking, Hallmark-movie-watching, Christmas-tree-decorating party! Man that’s a long title for a party, but doesn’t that sound like the most magical way to kick off the holiday season?
