I’m definitely guilty of overstaying my welcome in oversized sweaters and leggings, which always results in me realizing that my regular jeans no longer fit. That’s one of the worst feelings because not fitting in your own clothes can really put a damper on your holiday plans. This is why I’m making an extra effort to stay active with Finish Line this season. I always like to invest in some new running or training shoes when I’m in new of motivation. A new activewear outfit doesn’t hurt either.
Finish Line carries a variety of different brands and styles of sneakers for both men and women. So snag a pair for your partner too and make pact to workout together. Usually my holiday season fitness goal is simply to not take on any additional weight. I realize that losing weight during party season is rather ambitious so I just work towards maintaining my current weight, which puts me in the best position my new year’s goal.
