Good afternoon readers, I apologize for missing my morning deadline again, but I’m still catching up on sleep from New York Fashion Week.  Speaking of NYFW, I should have some outfit posts up soon from trip.

About This Look: I hope you aren’t tired of seeing this Rebecca Taylor Jacket yet because there still more looks to come featuring this pastel tweed beauty! For this outfit, we’ve got a few different textures going on here. We have tweed, leather, calf hair and a swiss dot embroidered tank. I think mixing prints and textures keeps the outfit looking exciting and engaging. I also showed the outfit paired with two different pairs of shoes. You can wear the flats for a sweet day time look and change into the pair of ankle booties for an edgier night time look.

My boyfriend told me that this jacket makes me look a grandma, but I beg to differ. I think this tweed jacket is sophisticated and right on trend with the pale pink color. The leather detail on the shoulders also adds a hint of edge. Plus I think that adding this jacket to a casual look gives the outfit a cool and unexpected twist.
