Good Morning readers, I’m so excited for the popup shop tonight at Studio 311 Salon from 5:30 to 8:30 pm on 311 East Gibson St. in Covington. Everything will be under $60, starting with this beaded necklace for only $7! I hope to see everyone there! Oh, and did I mention that you’ll have a chance to win two necklaces at the event? As for the outfit, I think this beaded necklace looks great styled with casual pieces. So I chose a pair of denim cutoffs and a white blowzy top with my studded cognac wedges. I added a pop of color with the black and white beach tote decorated with neon pompoms. I also love how the necklace matched perfectly with my Kendra Scott Skylar earrings. I’m usually not to keen on “matchy matchy” jewelry, but in this case I think it worked really well. Good Morning readers, who’s ready for Cinco de Mayo this Sunday? I know I am, especially because I get to wear this adorable Mexican Island shift dress courtesy of ASOS! This dress is so fun and festive that it didn’t take much styling to put together. All I really needed was a sombrero and some maracas! Ok, well I guess I needed the jewelry, shoes and handbag too, but really though…how cute is this dress! It practically screams “Happy Cinco de Mayo!”
I had such a blast shooting Cinco de Mayo looks with Krystal Bennett of A Pinch of Lovely and Kaela yesterday. Playing with the sombrero and maracas gave us a pretty good laugh. Now, head over to a A Pinch Of Lovely to see more photos of Krystal Bennett’s outfit and accessories!
