Good Morning readers, I hope you all had a great weekend.  My weekend consisted of packing and moving and a six hour photo shoot in the rain with Kaela Williams and Krystal Bennett of  A Pinch of Lovely. Obviously, we didn’t plan accordingly with the weather, but we managed to make it work.  We also got to visit with Reagan Charleston and see all of her latest jewelry designs, which you’ll get to see soon on Haute Off The Rack too.

About the dress: This dress is actually belongs to my roommate, but I liked it so much that I found three different occasions to wear it to last week so when I saw that Mumu was offering 30% OFF site wide I made sure to scoop one up for myself. I got the Sophie Scoop Neck Dress in Indiana for half-off plus an extra 30% off. I can’t wait to wear it this fall with tights and boots!

Good Morning readers, I hope you’re all having a great week so far.  I’m so excited to share this post with you because this is my first collaboration with Free People.  I had the pleasure of meeting with Free People during the Reward Style conference this past April and got to choose my favorite FP dress to feature on Haute Off The Rack.  The gorgeous selection made it difficult to narrow down my favorite pieces until I came across the Magical Moments Dress and it indeed was a magical moment.  The embellished details on this dress are absolutely stunning, but it’s the neck line and open back that really sold me.  I always love an exquisite back on a little black dress.  It really gives it that “wow” factor.

To style this dress, I went with minimal jewelry and a jeweled head wrap to keep with the embellished theme and to add a hint of edge to look.  For shoes, I chose my nude ankle strap heels to lengthen my legs since the dress was a little long and shifty.

Good Morning readers, do you have an outfit you love so much that you literally have to force yourself not to wear it every day?  For me, this is that outfit! I could live in my mother denim flares, a comfy cream blouse, a long necklace and a pair of platform wedges.  It’s so bad that even my boyfriend asks “Are you really wearing that again today?” That doesn’t stop me though. I wear it anyway! Ha! What outfit do you wish you could wear every day?

**About the necklace: The necklace I am wearing in this post was actually custom made for me by Donna Guidry of Bijoutiere Jewelry. It is a gorgeous fire agate pendant with pearls, coin pearls and pyrite on a handmade wire chain.  If you are interested in purchasing one for yourself, please feel free to email me at Jenn.hauteofftherack@gmail.com.**

Good Morning readers, I hope you all had a wonderful past week and weekend.  I apologize for my lack of posts last week, but I’ve been super busy with work, event planning and on top of that I’m also in the process of moving.  I’ve got some super exciting posts planned for August and September though including collaborations with ASOS, H&M and Gigi New York’s Fall Collection.  I even have a fashion segment scheduled with WBRZ on August 2nd so stay tuned!

About this outfit:  My favorite part about this Amanda Uprichard dress is hands down the color.  It’s such a stunning shade of pink, hence why  I it referred to it as “traffic-stopping pink.”  As for the style of the dress, I was initially hesitant to try it on because I normally never wear drop waist dresses. I have a very petite frame (I’m only 5 ft) so I tend to stay away from long waisted tops and dresses.   However, I was pleasantly surprised with the fit of the dress.  I ended up loving the style and am now less hesitant to give those types of dresses a go.
