Good Morning readers, today I’m sharing my favorite spot in my new condo with you, the sunroom! You can find me curled up between the yellow and navy pillows on the bench with my blanket every morning around 7:30 working on my blog posts or drinking coffee. It gets a little warm in there during the middle of the day so I usually wait to go back around sunset and then it’s perfect again! The windows outlook a sweet little park by the river and you can slide open the middle door for a nice breeze.
In case you’re wondering how I chose a color theme, it all started with this yellow pouf from Target. I loved the idea of using it as a little ottoman/coffee table so I based everything around that and I figured I could always swap out colors as the seasons change or even as my tastes change! The room still needs some wall decor, but I refuse to buy anything for walls until the floors are complete meaning that I’m still waiting on some furniture. So until I knock that out I just cant see the whole picture. I’ll share more photos once we finish the rest of the house! So stay tuned!

Good Morning readers and Happy Memorial Day! I hope you’re all enjoying this three day weekend! I’d say that Memorial Day is the best kind of Monday. After I finish painting and refurnishing some old furniture for my new place today, I plan on relaxing and laying out by the pool in my new L Space swim suit from Massey’s. Then I might even do a little online shopping. It’s hard to pass up all of the great deals going on right now. Good Morning readers, today I’m sharing my happy place with you via Trollbeads. Trollbeads jewelry is meant to help you express your personality or keep your memories displayed with sweet little charms on a necklace, bracelet or pair of earrings. When it comes to creating your own piece of jewelry with Troll beads, keep in mind that you want to be able to look down at your charm bracelet and instantly smile. I think the beads should serve as reminders of what makes you happy.
Everyone has their own way of creating a piece of jewelry, but here is the way I did it:
1) First, I picked out my favorite charm, which is a palm tree because it reminds me of my happy place which is the beach. Most people would probably choose the bracelet setting first, but choosing my favorite charm gets me more excited to finish the rest.
2) Once I knew which direction I was going in with my bracelet, I was able to pick out the perfect bracelet setting.
3) Stick with a theme! Obviously the theme I was going for was the beach because that’s something that makes me smile so I looked for another charm that had to do with the beach and found a Starfish.
4) Choose your favorite bead(s) to complete your bracelet. I chose the pink gold bead because I’m a sucker for pretty pastel pink and I loved the stream of gold through the center of the bead.
