Outfit: Camel Coat c/o Lands’ End (wearing sz petite 4) <–SALE Alert! 40% OFF today w/ code: WINTER40 | Similar Eyelash Sweater | Black Distressed Denim | Liberty Boot c/o Yosi Samra | Plaid Scarf c/o Chicwish |Similar Plaid Scarf | Panama  Hat | Jenn Bucket Bag (designed by Haute Off The Rack via Gigi New York)

Good Morning readers, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Mine was great because I got to meet some of you who read my blog regularly. I love when you come introduce yourself because it’s so cool to see who is on the other end of the computer!  I also went and saw Horrible Bosses 2, which is absolutely hilarious! I highly recommend it.

Anyway, back to this outfit! You’ll be happy to know that this beautiful camel coat is 40% OFF today with code: WINTER40!  I already owned two other camel colored coats prior to receiving this one, but this luxe wool coat has quickly become my favorite because of the fit and material.  I am extremely picky about wool fabric coats because I have super sensitive skin and even just the slightest discomfort will drive me crazy. So I was super happy to learn that this Lands’ End coat is a blend of virgin wool and cashmere and the inside is completely lined to keep the material from irritating your skin.

My favorite part of the coat is the button detail on the cuffs of the sleeves. I also love how the the decorative belt detail on the back gives it more of a feminine feel.  I chose the camel color for this coat because it literally goes with everything and is a classic color that will last throughout time.  However, the light rich red color is absolutely gorgeous if you already have a camel coat that you like. For sizing, I got the petite 4 so that I can fit thick sweaters beneath and still be able to move my arms. I definitely think this is a coat that every woman needs in her wardrobe!

Thank you to Lands’ End for sponsoring this post. All opinions are my own.

Hello again! As promised, here is my second post of the day featuring a holiday party outfit. If you’re looking to make a statement at holiday parties this season, tulle skirts are the way to go!  Remember when I styled this same black tulle skirt here–> Black Friday

I know that tulle can be a little intimidating sometimes when it comes to putting the whole outfit together, but you just have to find what works best for you. I personally like to wear my tulle skirts with cropped tops or super snug tees and pointy toe pumps. However, I’ve seen plenty of women pair their tulle skirts with flats, blouses, sweaters, graphic tees and loose fitting tanks.  There are so many possibilities when it comes to a full skirt.  It just all depends on what you feel comfortable in.

For those of you who like make the excuse that you’re too short or tall for full midi skirts, that’s not true because I am 5’1 and Krystal is 5’9 and we both found a way to make them work! Make sure to check back later this week to see how Krystal from A Pinch of Lovely and I styled the blush and platinum tulle skirts for a fun holiday event. I also wore my platinum tulle skirt in my magical field. Just wait until you see that! You’re going to love both the platinum and blush!

If tulle is just too much for you, I highly recommend statement jewelry or sequin pants! I’ve got two pairs of sequin pants coming for you on the blog soon, but check out these gorgeous statement pieces below!

Good Morning readers and Happy Sunday! I can’t believe Christmas is in less than two weeks, which is why you’ll be seeing two blog posts today and maybe even two everyday until Christmas. I let the holiday madness get the best of me so I have a ton of great posts on holiday party outfits, stocking stuffers and gift ideas for everyone on your list!

As you can see, I gave my sunroom a little Christmas makeover. We don’t have a fire place so I used Command damage-free decorating hooks to hang our stockings over the cushioned bench in the sun room.  Speaking of the cushioned bench, I put away the bright colored pillows and added in some metallic pillows from Home Goods, Hobby Lobby and The Elizbeth Chronicles. I also found this super snuggly faux fur throw at Home Goods too!

For wrapping paper, I went with an all black, gold and silver look to complement the rest of my home decor. I’ve always been a big fan of metallics!  I’m sure you can tell though from the gold Moroccan pouf, glitter sneakers, embellished gloves and metallic pillows. I’d love to see how you decorated your home and Christmas tree! Make sure to tag me at @hauteofftherack in your home decor photos!

Thanks so much to my best friend Haley for helping me wrap these presents and decorate my house for the holidays. I’m awful at wrapping presents!

Good Morning readers, I’m back in my magical field today sharing my second Free People look with Nordstrom. Isn’t it crazy how different the field looks now that all of the leaves have fallen? Do you remember my first Free People post earlier this week featuring the hooded faux leather jacket? You can view it here in case you missed it–> Field of Dreams with Free People

As I mentioned in my previous post, Nordstrom carries a huge collection of beautiful Free People dresses, skirts, sweaters, shoes, accessories and more. I chose to feature the embellished slip for my second look because I loved the intricate beading throughout the dress and soft whimsical color. You all know I’m a sucker for pastels! In case you’re wondering what to wear beneath this sheer embellished dress, Nordstrom offers a variety of seamless slips in different colors and styles like this one here–>seamless slip

I think this slip could potentially be the perfect New Years Eve dress or you can wear it causally with a pair of leg warmers, boots and the hooded moto jacket that I featured earlier in the week. However, I am loving the way it pairs with faux fur and a fancy mini bag. What do you think? How would you style it?

P.S. As you can see below, hiking through a tall grass field in a short sheer dress and heels is not as glamorous as it looks.  I literally had to high step to get to every spot and I kept getting stuck to all off the loose branches and those little sticky things! I don’t know what they’re called!
