I had so much fun picnicking in New Orleans City Park with Merienda Picnic and celebrating A Pinch of Lovely’s ‘Latin Caribbean’ themed birthday dinner at Baru Tapas. On top of that, I also had a blast bar hopping all over New Orleans for my friend’s bachelorette party! Striped Shirt + Denim Cutoffs
It really is so funny to think about how much I used to hate striped clothing! I know I say that all the time, but there really was a time when I wouldn’t be caught dead wearing a striped shirt and now days I scoop up any stripes I see! I have a striped romper, striped button down, striped tank, striped cardigan, striped dress, you name it! Lately, I have been loving my new striped shirt from Brothers on the BLVD! I like to wear it with both distressed jeans and cutoff shorts.

About this look: If you’ve been looking for a lightweight long-sleeve shirt for summer, I highly recommend Rails Hunter Button Downs! They are super comfortable and fit loosely yet flattering at the same time. Brothers on the BLVD has a variety of them here–> Rails I also wear this brand a lot during the fall, but they make a ton of great spring and summer patterns in light colors too!

Haute Pink Romper
So I don’t even know where to start with this amazing ‘haute’ pink romper from Cella’s Boutique. Well, I guess I could start with the phenomenal color… I mean this shade of hot pink is on “fleek!” I can’t believe I just said that word because I have never even considered saying it, but that’s how this pink romper makes me feel.
