Good Morning readers, here is some more Valentine’s Day style inspiration for you.  This outfit is perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to wear a lot of pink or red on Valentine’s Day, but still wants to rock a fun and flirty look.  I mean can you get any more cute and fun than polkadots?  I think not.  For my shoes, I chose to go with nude pointy toe pumps to keep the look sweet and simple since I was pairing it with a bold red clutch and plenty of wrist candy. I also made sure to apply red lipstick and paint my nails red to add a little Valentine’s holiday flair.

P.S. Below is a closeup of the Brighthouse Baubles Silk Knot & Shine Bracelets.

Good Morning readers, here is another winter clearance outfit for you featuring my favorite pair of baroque-printed jeans! For those of you who have been afraid to try printed pants, now is the perfect time to give it a go! Since most clothing stores have already started receiving their resort and/or spring shipments, they’ve put all of their winter wear on sale.  It’s like they’re giving you a second chance to try out all the trends you’ve wanted to try, but couldn’t afford at the start of the season.  It also gives you a chance to stock up on classic, staple pieces like cashmere, pants and outerwear for next winter.

Now, as for styling printed pants, if you’ve been wanting to your take yours out for spin, but haven’t quite figured out how to style them, just throw on an oversized sweater and your good to go. I would stick with neutral color sweaters since you’ll have so much going on down below. Oh and don’t forget to accessorize!

P.S. For those of you who live in the area, I hope this little bit of sunlight brightens up this dreary, rainy day!

Good Morning readers, I hope you’re all having a great week so far and have been enjoying me recent posts. Today I’ve teamed up with local Baton Rouge blogger, Krystal Bennet of A Pinch of Lovely to show you two totally different ways to wear python print. Here we’ve put together two types of styles with Haute Off The Rack strutting a sassy, yet sophisticated look and A Pinch of Lovely showing off a fun and quirky side to snake print.  I chose to wear my Tart Collections Maryse python print dress, which fits like a glove and gives off a sassy vibe.  It literally hugs your every curve, but in a figure-flattering, comfortable way.  Tart Collections always produces the softest most comfortable fabrics.  I swear I could sleep in this dress!  To style it I decided to go for a nude shoe considering the busyness of the print and a cropped, white blazer to create a breaking point in the pattern. For jewelry, I stuck with simple necklaces, an everyday two-tone watch and my J. Crew pave link bracelet.

Refer to the photos below to see Krystal’s fun and quirky take on Snake print. Also, visit her at www.APinchofLovely.com to view her entire look.

Mustard Seed jacket via Candy Apple; ASOS liquid leggings (similar); H&M heels and knuckle ring; BB Dakota striped top (old); black long-sleeve tee; c/o Ban.do gold pom, black glitter bobby pins and gold pouch; stud bracelet c/o Accessory Auctions; vintage gold cuff; blue stone DIY bracelet.

P.S. Thanks so much to Tart Collections for gifting me this gorgeous dress!

Good Morning readers, now that Christmas is over with it’s on to New Years Eve outfits.  I still don’t have any plans yet, but I’m coming up with plenty of outfit ideas anyway so I’ll be prepared for whatever comes up!  There are so many fun ways to style these sequin shorts, but I chose to pair them with a textured short-sleeved sweater and nude pumps to give the shorts a more simple, laid back look.  This effortless, yet chic look is perfect for a casual New Years Eve house party with some close friends and a few bottles of champagne.  It’s comfortable and sparkly at the same time, plus the nude heels really elongate the legs!  Nude pumps always solve an outfit crisis and make me feel skinny.  Who’s with me?  As far as jewelry and accessories, all you need is a clutch, wrist candy, and maybe even some sparkly earrings. You can even add a simple pendant necklace to this outfit too. I had actually forgotten my necklace when I shot this look. Sorry!

If you’re looking for a dressier way to wear these sequin shorts, refer back to the first time I styled them with the Amanda Uprichard Leather Peplum top in my Shine Bright Like a Diamond Post.

P.S. Get ready to see more New Years Eve outfit options over the next few days!!
