Good Morning readers, I hope you all had a great weekend. In case you haven’t noticed, I’m really into acrylic displays and lucite home decor lately. I just love how it makes my accessories pop on my white furniture. I think that jewelry and accessories should look just as pretty on display as they do on your body. That’s why I like to use clear displays and organizers because they allow you to use your accessories as the decoration. Not to mention that you can see just everything better. I guarantee you that you will wear more of your jewelry and accessories if you have them where you can see them. In fact, if I notice that I haven’t worn something in a while I will make sure to place it front and center on my vanity so that I’ll pass it while I’m getting ready.
P.S. Make sure to enter the Vintage Green Jewelry Giveaway! It’ll be the perfect addition to your vanity.

Good Morning readers, thank God it’s Friday, right! I’ve got my comfy Keds on and I’m ready for the weekend. Remember how I wore this outfit on Tuesday’s post–> Old Is The New New? All I did was change up my hat and shoes! Which look do you like better, the open-toe booties and floppy hat or the Keds and straw fedora?
About The Jeans: I recently tried these Sold jeans on at Posh Boutique in Covington, and I was “sold” on them as soon as I got them past my thighs! They are so comfortable and the perfect length for a petite person. They’re meant to cropped jeans so for short people, that means you don’t have to get them hemmed! They also have a really cute little slit at the hem which makes it easier to wear with ankle booties without having to cuff the bottom of the jeans. Don’t forget to use code SUMMERSALE for 10% OFF these jeans at Posh!

Good Morning readers, today we’re going out with new and in with the old! Yes, you read that right because I am referring to this gorgeous Victorian Book Chain circa 1890 with a Deco Dress Clip circa 1920s! I don’t know about you, but if I could have lived in a different era, I would most definitely choose the roaring 1920s. Just think, if we were living in the 1920s right now we’d all be decked out in feathers, jewels, flappers and ruby red lips without a care in the world! Sigh… Since, we can’t travel back in time, I found the next best thing, Vintage Green Jewelry! I mean, how stunning is this vintage gold leaf necklace! If you put it on an close your eyes, you just might hear Jazz music playing, glasses clinking and heels tapping. Sounds magical, right?
Do you remember when I styled it with matching separates here–> On Wednesdays, We Wear Pink. Even though the necklace looks like it should be worn with cocktail attire, I love the way it looks paired with a casual outfit for an unexpected twist. How would you style this necklace?
About the designer: “Thanks to her grandmother, Edith Anne Hunt fell in love with vintage jewelry at a young age.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Edith Anne also inherited the ‘jewelry gene’ from watching her mother design, produce, and manage her own jewelry business. In 2009, the Auburn University grad started Vintage Green out of a desire to give life to old, one-of-a-kind pieces from her grandmother’s collection.
The name ‘Vintage Green’ symbolizes Edith Anne’s passion for vintage in a repurposed fresh contemporary style. Though the jewelry line is always evolving, Edith Anne remains committed to using vintage and antique pieces such as, deco brass chain, antique buckles, and vintage brooches in her unique designs.
Ultimately, Edith Anne designs for the everyday white tee-shirt and jean kind of woman. Her vision is to make the ordinary extraordinary through her one-of-a-kind pieces.”
Made by hand and with love in Atlanta
Make sure to enter to win one of Edith’s gorgeous vintage necklaces on today’s post!
