Good Morning readers, how amazing is this floral silk caftan that Natori and I are giving away on Instagram! I’m not going to lie… At first, I thought this Caftan was going to be way too much material for me since I’m so short, but I fell in love with it as soon as I put it on! It’s just so silky and flowy and the vivid colors are so mesmerizing. I feel so glamorous when I’m wearing it! I actually wore it to brunch at Antoine’s in New Orleans this past Sunday. It was perfect for our hot and humid Louisiana weather because it’s super lightwieght. It pretty much feels like you aren’t wearing anything! Actually, it feels like the softest silk nightgown that I have ever put my hands on! I think I might even need another one just to sleep in!
I’ve teamed up with Kendra Scott, Brighton The Day and The Darling Detail for a a giveaway. We’re giving away some of our favorite pieces from the Glamrocks collection!

Enter to Win some of our favorite pieces from the Kendra Scott Glamrocks collection! My two picks are the Skylen and Elle rings!

Good Morning readers, today we’re going out with new and in with the old! Yes, you read that right because I am referring to this gorgeous Victorian Book Chain circa 1890 with a Deco Dress Clip circa 1920s! I don’t know about you, but if I could have lived in a different era, I would most definitely choose the roaring 1920s. Just think, if we were living in the 1920s right now we’d all be decked out in feathers, jewels, flappers and ruby red lips without a care in the world! Sigh… Since, we can’t travel back in time, I found the next best thing, Vintage Green Jewelry! I mean, how stunning is this vintage gold leaf necklace! If you put it on an close your eyes, you just might hear Jazz music playing, glasses clinking and heels tapping. Sounds magical, right?
Do you remember when I styled it with matching separates here–> On Wednesdays, We Wear Pink. Even though the necklace looks like it should be worn with cocktail attire, I love the way it looks paired with a casual outfit for an unexpected twist. How would you style this necklace?
About the designer: “Thanks to her grandmother, Edith Anne Hunt fell in love with vintage jewelry at a young age.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Edith Anne also inherited the ‘jewelry gene’ from watching her mother design, produce, and manage her own jewelry business. In 2009, the Auburn University grad started Vintage Green out of a desire to give life to old, one-of-a-kind pieces from her grandmother’s collection.
The name ‘Vintage Green’ symbolizes Edith Anne’s passion for vintage in a repurposed fresh contemporary style. Though the jewelry line is always evolving, Edith Anne remains committed to using vintage and antique pieces such as, deco brass chain, antique buckles, and vintage brooches in her unique designs.
Ultimately, Edith Anne designs for the everyday white tee-shirt and jean kind of woman. Her vision is to make the ordinary extraordinary through her one-of-a-kind pieces.”
Made by hand and with love in Atlanta
Make sure to enter to win one of Edith’s gorgeous vintage necklaces on today’s post!

Good Morning readers, I hope you all had a great weekend! I just returned from a much needed weekend getaway at the beach. I feel so much more refreshed and ready to get back to work! Speaking of getting back to work, what do you think of my new and improved work space? My friend and I made this desk together with two sets of cubicles and a hallow door that we painted light aqua. Then we prettied everything up with some colorful desk accessories. I remember when I was little I would always have a bunch of random Lisa Frank notebooks, folders and highlighters out on my desk and my teachers would always make me put them away. They told me it was distracting me from my school work. I beg to differ though. I think pretty things in your work space can be inspiring! I was kind of one of those problem students though. I should probably be embarrassed to tell you this, but my desk was always positioned right next to the teacher’s desk or up in the front of the classroom so she could always keep her on me. Apparently, my excessive talking and highlighting was a distraction to the other students! lol
P.S. In case you’re wondering what the other half of my office/closet looks like…. Just kidding! It was only messy like this because I pulled everything out for a photo shoot. It’s usually much more organized than this!

Photo below from my relaxing mini beach vacation!
