Good Morning readers, I’m so honored and excited because this look along with a few other looks of mine was featured in the La Mer Collections 2 Bloggers to Watch May email blast. I had originally planned this outfit for Jazz Fest, but I had to save it until after the La Mer Collections feature. However, this is still a great summer look and can definitely be worn to other music festivals this season.
Also, just a side note on these shorts…if you’ve been searching for the perfect pair of white cutoffs, these are them! The DL1961 Lola short is super comfortable with its 360 stretch and it is just long enough to still wear around the family.

Good Morning readers, I’m so excited to finally share the big news with you! Candy Apple: a blog shop and Haute Off The Rack are hosting a pop-up shop together Thursday, May 9th from 5:30-8:30 pm at 311 Studio’s Blow Dry Lounge in Covington, LA. Make sure to stop in with your friends for some treats and spring shopping with yours truly! Candy Apple has plenty of beautiful spring clothing, jewelry and accessories prepared for the pop-up shop and the best part is…everything is under $60! I will also be selling the Doves of a Feather necklace for you to purchase at the event as well. Oh and did I mention that one lucky girl will win the turquoise statement necklace pictured above! All you have to do is attend the event for a chance to win!
