Good Morning readers, I hope you all had a great weekend. I’ve been super busy preparing for upcoming events and collaborations. You’ll see some of those collaborations unfolding later this week. As for today’s post, this is yet another great transitional look because I’m mixing a lightweight summer dress with my fall booties. One of the many joys of ankle boots is that you can wear them year round with dresses, skirts, shorts, jeans; you name it! I have quite a few pairs of ankle boots, but I especially love these taupe suede booties by Joie because of their level of comfort. These boots are perfect for everyday wear because not only are they flattering on the legs, but they’re also durable, super comfortable and go with almost anything!

3 Top Notch H&M Style Ambassadors
As you know, I was selected to represent Louisiana as a style ambassador in the H&M 50 States of Fashion Campaign to help launch H&M’s first US e-commerce site. However, you may not know some of the other fabulous H&M style ambassadors. So today I decided to share a few of my favorite H&M style bloggers with you as a reminder that today is the last day to enter the 50 States of Fashion Contest. Good Morning readers, how fabulous are these Haus 131 printed shorts paired with my new ASOS cropped top? It’s such a cool and effortless end-of-summer look and can easily transition into fall with just a few tweaks. All you have to add is a leather jacket and some ankle boots. You can even try pairing the shorts with an oversized cable-knit sweater. However I prefer the ASOS cropped top because I think it’s a little more flattering. Speaking of ASOS, get excited because coming this September Haute Off The Rack will be hosting a $100 gift card giveaway with ASOS! Good Morning readers, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I’m still recovering from all of the mosquito bites that I got from shooting on the farm with Kaela and Tina, but at least all of the photos were worth it. You can see for yourself on today’s post. Oh the things I do for Haute Off The Rack….Anyway, I wanted to share both of these new jewelry designs with you by Bijoutiere and Reagan Charleston Design because I love how they both added a modern twist to the classic pearl.
Bijoutiere gave her pearl necklaces a hint of edge by stringing the pearls onto a soft cognac leather and tying them into lariats. These simple leather and pearl lariats can be worn several different ways, which makes them super versatile. Plus you can even wear them as bracelets too. Style Tips: Pair these pearl lariats with jeans and plain tee for an effortlessly chic look or wear them with embroidered dresses for a cool bohemian vibe.

As for Reagan Charleston Design, every time I see Reagan lately she’s wearing a new piece of her jewelry that I of course always want. As of most recently, it’s her long strands of champagne pearls and gold dipped quartz necklaces that have really been catching my eye. I just love how she adds a gold dipped quartz to her pearl necklaces and bracelets for a more modern touch. I personally like layering the champagne pearls with the “Jennifer” necklace on an antique chain for a vintage-like feel.
