How To Style Your Nike Free 5.0 Shoes With Everyday Wear!

If you saw my Instagram post last night, then you know that I’ve been loving my new Nike Free 5.0 shoes both in and out of the gym. On Monday I showed you how I styled my nikes with a cute activewear look (see here–>Haute Pink Activewear Vest), but today I’m showing you how I wear my nikes with everyday wear.

Hi everyone, when it comes to styling your Nikes with everyday wear, I recommend ankle cropped skinny jeans or leggings to avoid awkward fabric bunching at the ankles. If you’re petite like me, you can just cuff the bottom of your jeans if they’re too long to show some ankle for a more styled and slimming look. I always think that showing off a little ankle allows for a much more chic and flattering appearance especially for petite people like myself!

Studded Boots + Plaid Bag

Hi everyone, today I’m sharing another one of my looks from my trip to New York this past Fall featuring my Yosi Samra studded boots. See how I styled them here recently–> Camel Cape Coat

I love their sleek back style with a hint of edge from the studs and they pair perfectly with my black ripped skinny jeans. I sort of wear them together on repeat. For this look, I threw in a pop of color with the merlot felt hat and MZ Wallace plaid metro tote, which I’m in love with. The plaid tote is actually the bag we gifted to all of the girls at my ‘Girls Gone Glamping’ event in NYC with MZ Wallace, Yosi Samra and Julie Vos. Stylish Winter Outerwear

Hi everyone, I’ve been saving some of my stylish outerwear looks from New York for extra chilly days like today when you realize that you need more than a light jacket here in Louisiana. This is actually a fairly lightweight trench coat, but I’m wearing a super chunky cable knit sweater beneath it. It’s the perfect balance for me because I’m super petite and don’t like feeling short and stocky in bulky outerwear. To avoid looking like a little a like winter Oompa Loompa, I balance out my layers with warm and cozy to lightweight and breathable. That’s another thing! I can’t stand feeling overly warm to the point where I want rip everything off so I like to make sure that some of my layers include breathable fabric.
