Speaking of, Mom, if you’re looking for something to do right now, my house could use some cleaning! Just Kidding! She never stops, which inspires me to do the same! Oh and the fact that no matter how old I get, she’ll always feed me! lol Her Chocolate Chip Banana Bread isn’t bad either!
P.P.S. This is a tribute to the person who was like my second mom who recently passed away this weekend: He may no longer be here with us on earth, but his spirit is still very much alive. That’s the one thing about Uncle Darrin, once he comes into your life, you can never get rid of him! He had such a lively presence and he still does. His spirit can be found in the nickname he gave you, the inside jokes you shared, the recipes he taught you and all of the traditions and memories you made together. And most of all his spirit lives on through his family: Diane Waguespack Romeo, Sydney Romeo & Jude! So remember to keep his spirit alive by cooking his favorite recipes, making someone laugh, going out of your way for someone else, finding something funny/good in every situation no matter how terrible the circumstances are, and of course by making every person you meet feel good about themselves!
