Travel Outfits Style Guide: My five main components of the perfect travel outfit are: jeans (or leggings), a comfy lightweight shirt, a jacket, an oversized tote and sneakers (or booties)! I also always bring an extra pair of socks for when my feet get cold on the plane, and I pack my tote with a pair heels or wedges along with my jewelry in case we go wear somewhere nice once we arrive and I don’t have time to change.

Good Morning everyone! I apologize for not posting the past couple of days, but I’ve been so crazy moving into our new house! Our movers cancelled on us last minute so we had to move everything ourselves down three flights of stairs, and that is definitely NOT something you want to do during July in Louisiana. The new house is precious though! It’s all white inside with the original wood floors from 1929! I posted some sneak peeks on Snapchat if you’re interested. It has so much character and charm and it sits on the most beautiful street!
Anyway, about these looks… with summer in full swing, I decided to put together two travel outfits since I’m sure a lot of you have summer vacations planned. I wore the outfit above with my favorite rose gold Joie Kidmore sneakers, which are currently 50% OFF! I styled the outfit below with a pair of lace up heels to show you how can you easily dress up your travel outfit for dinner or drinks once you arrive to your destination. Like I mentioned earlier, I always pack a pair of heels and some jewelry in my carry on tote to dress up my look in case I don’t have time to change.
