The Top 5 Shoes You Need For Spring 2019

Hey everyone, I hope you had a great weekend. Today I’m sharing the top 5 pairs of shoes you need for Spring 2019. Shoes and bags are my weakness so they’re always the first thing I shop for each season. Plus they’re the most fun to shop for because your shoe size always remains the same even if you put on a few extra pounds over the winter. LOL You can always depend on shoes to still fit you the same! Scroll through this post to see which shoes I purchased for myself for spring.

See how I styled the blush pair of shoes all the way to the right here—> My Travel Preparation Routine

See how I styled these espadrilles here—> The Handbag Everyone will be Carrying this Season

1) The Micro Wedge | I highly suggest a short wedge sandal that you can easily dress up or down with all of your spring outfits. They are especially great for vacations because your feet can last longer in a shorter pair of heels. I love these Leera Wedges by Vince Camuto and they come in a ton of different colors.

Outfit: Similar Pink Blazer, & Similar Striped Top | Parker Vintage Cutoff shorts (also available here) — size down! | See By Chloe Glyn Ankle Strap Wedges (similar here & here) | Givenchy Mini Antigona | See the full look here—> Pink Linen Blazer + Cutoff Shorts

2) The Platform Wedge | While micro wedges are easy and practical, I also love me some chunky platform wedges to wear out with little spring dresses and matching sets. I love how they elongate my legs especially in a tan color that matches my skin tone. I highly recommend the Glyn Wedge Espadrilles and these laser cut Wedge Espadrilles.

3) The Everyday Sneaker | I can’t get enough of everyday sneakers lately. It’s all I want to wear especially during this awkward in between season time of year. I love my Golden Goose Sneakers, but I know those are pretty pricey so here a couple of other sneakers I like too.

I also love these neutral colored sneakers by Vince Camuto because they go with everything and the perforated style makes them perfect for warm days.

4) The Statement Shoe | I always love having a statement shoe for every season and right now crisp white and clear details are having a huge moment so mix them tougher and you have the perfect trendy statement shoe. I love these white lucite pumps (also available here).

5) The Metallic Slide | I wore these slide sandals all last spring and summer in both rose gold and tan. In fact, I liked them so much that I scooped up a third pair during the Shopbop Sale in the rose gold color again because I wore that color the most so it was time for a new pair.

Good Morning readers, today I’m sharing a recap of the Kendra Scott Spring Launch Event that A Pinch of Lovely and I hosted at the Perkins Rowe location a couple of weeks ago. I know it’s still way too cold to even be thinking about wearing spring clothing, but that’s the magic of jewelry. It’s the best way to start slowly incorporating spring colors into your outfits without sacrificing your warm coat. Jewelry is always the perfect type of accessory to help you transition your wardrobe into all new seasons.

The Kendra Scott Spring Avant Garden Collection consists of a beautiful variety of pastel-colored stones, edgy ear jackets and stunning statement pieces to complement all of this season’s top trends. Visit the following posts to see how I styled some of my favorite pieces from the collection: I’m On the King Cake Diet | Part II of My Stay at The Le Meridien | Part I of My Stay at The Le Meridien New Orleans | Gal-entine’s Day Sleepover

Thank you again to everyone who braved the cold and rainy weather than night to make it out to our Kendra Scott Spring Styling Event. If you missed out, you’re in luck because Krystal and I will be back soon for a Spring Styling Happy Hour!

Special thank you to Kendra Scott for sponsoring this post. All opinions are my own.

On Wednesdays, We Wear Pink.

Good Morning readers, I don’t think that line from Mean Girls will ever get old. Who’s with me!  Another thing that I hope doesn’t get old is matching separates! Who’s with me on that one! I know I haven’t featured a lot of matching separates this season, but I’ve got a ton coming your way! This little white lace detailed set from Haus 131 is under $100 and you can wear them together or paired with other items you have already have in your closet! I styled my matching separates with a polished pink blazer from Fab Finds Boutique to go with the sophisticated vibe of the outfit and a nude Rebecca Minkoff satchel to complete the look. I accessorized with some of my favorite new Loren Hope jewels from Mint boutique and a vintage necklace from Vintage Green Jewelry. If you’re loving the vintage gold leaf necklace, get excited because I’m hosting a giveaway with Vintage Green next week and one lucky winner will win a gorgeous one-of-a-kind necklace!

Good Morning readers, I’m sorry for the late post, but I’ve been having Wifi issues! Hate when that happens!  All I really have to say though is that these Loren Hope jewels and white French Connection pumps make me feel super fancy and all I can think of when I hear the word fancy is well you already know, Iggy Azalea! I just can’t get that song out of my head!!

Below is a beautiful cross-body purse by new handbag designer, Danielle Nicole. It’s a nice neutral color like the bag shown above. However, it’s in a much more affordable price range. That is what is so great about DNH! They’re great quality, yet still affordable!
