A New Mom’s Best Friend

Happy Friday friends! It’s been a minute since I’ve been able to write a blog post ever since the baby arrived. It’s also been a minute since I’ve had time for other things like my hair, skin and nails! LOL Thankfully, when it comes to my hair, I was introduced to the new Pantene Waterless Collection. Because what new mom has time to wash her hair every other day?! I’ve been loving using the Never Tell Dry Shampoo Spray and the Mist Behaving Dry Conditioner Mist. Not only does the Pantene dry shampoo smell amazing, but it’s also residue free so it doesn’t leave any powder behind in my hair. Plus, it’s made with Pro-Vitamin B5, wild mint, and tapioca and specifically designed to freshen any hair type. So, it’s basically a new mom’s best friend! I like using before I go to bed at night, so I wake up with fresh hair and I also like to apply it before I style my hair.
The Mist Behaving Dry Conditioner Mist is great for keeping your hair hydrated in between washes. It’s also sulfate free and paraben free with the delicious scent of peach and fresh coconut milk. I like spraying it on my ends for a healthy hydrated look and touchable feel.
Both the Pantene dry shampoo and dry conditioner mist have been some of my favorite go-to hair products ever since I had the baby because they instantly make my hair look, feel and smell fresher in just seconds of use. I’ll say it again… new mom’s best friend!

Good Morning readers and Happy Weekend! Today, I styled this Camilyn Beth dress as a holiday party outfit idea for everyone heading to fancy parties this weekend and through Christmas Eve. This ruffled Go Go dress is also a great look for New Year’s Eve too! I’m wearing the fuchsia color here, but I absolutely love the dress in peony pink and ivory too!
I know this is super random, but I’m watching Austin Powers right now as I write this post, which is so funny since I’m featuring a Go Go style dress! I’ve always wanted to rock a groovy Go Go dress from the 70s! I know that they used to where them a little shorter back then so I’d say that is a more modest and classy version of the Go Go dress. However, I did recently get my dress hemmed a little since I am so petite (only 5 ft!) These photos are from before I got the dress hemmed. Stay tuned to see how it looks a couple inches shorter on me after the New Year! I already have another post planned for this groovy dress! Yea Baby! <–(was that lame? lol)
P.S. As for all of you brides-to-be, you would look simply smashing in the ivory Go Go dress for a wedding shower or the rehearsal dinner! I’m not even engaged “yet” and I’m already planning on wearing the ivory Go Go dress for at least one of my “future” wedding events! (My boyfriend is going to kill me if reads this! lol)

Good Morning readers and Happy Friday! This is another look from the mini video I filmed in NOLA this past Monday with Kaela Rodehorst Photography and Heritage 1221 Cinema. I can’t wait to see how the video turns out especially with all of these beautiful spring colors. At first, I thought the sky blue tote would be too much paired with the purple tulips and bright pink maxi, but then I realized that it just made the pink pop even more and you know how much I love color pop!
