Summer Break Prep Tips
This post is in partnership with Crest, a brand I love. All opinions here are my own. Thank you for supporting the affiliate posts who make this blog possible.
Good Morning readers, with summer break coming quickly around the corner now is not the time for me to slack off on my daily/weekly routines of working out and keeping up with my appearance and overall health. With that being said, I’ve been taking extra good care of my skin complexion, my bright white smile and my overall health. I’ve been hitting the the gym at least three to four times a week, wearing my SPF and of course using my Crest Professional Effects Whitestrips. As I’ve mentioned before, its super easy to make whitening your teeth apart of your daily routine because you only have to do it once a day for 20 days. The kit comes with 40 strips, which gives you 20 for lower and 20 for upper. Just apply the gel side strip to your teeth, wait 30 minutes and voila!

Sleek Activewear Vest
Hey everyone, I’m starting #motivationMonday a day early this week in my new sleek activewear vest by Lucy. The reason I’m starting early is because with all of the errands I must run along with all of the work that needs to be done before I leave town I know I’m going to be tempted to skip workouts and procrastinate instead.
If you read my last #motivationMonday post, then you know about my new goal of working out every time I put fitness clothes on. See (here) in case you missed it! So far I’ve stuck with my word, but now the new challenge this week is finding the time to get in a good workout in between work, packing and errands before leaving town. Who else struggles with prioritizing before traveling? What do you do to get yourself motivated in these types of situations? I tried motivating myself by starting a day early instead of when I would normally start prepping so it would almost seem like I had extra time. Also, I tend to take a break from working out on the weekends, but today I hit the gym since I was pretending that today was Monday! I basically skipped Sunday and acted as if today were a normal work day.

Stuart Weitzman Lowland Over The Boots Review: I really hope my mom doesn’t read this post because she would kill me if she knew how I much I spent on a pair of boots. However, I’m a big girl and it’s my money so I can make my own decisions. In case you aren’t familiar with the SW Lowland Over The Knee boots, the price is pretty steep, but I’d say the quality lives up to the price’s high standards! It is definitely the biggest splurge I’ve ever made on a pair of shoes, but it was well worth it. If you’re looking for sleek, comfortable, stylish and timeless all in one boot, the Lowland is your gal! At first, I was worried that they would be too tall and high up on the leg for me because I am only 5 ft, but I think they fit perfectly and hit at a flattering spot on the the thigh.
Sizing: I normally wear a 6.5 in shoes, but I usually like to size up to a 7 in boots so I can wear thicker socks. However, with these boots, I had to stay at my regular 6.5 size. Reviews said to size down, but since I normally size up a half size in boots I decided to go with my normal size and they ended up fitting perfectly. The size 7 would have definitely been way too big.
Funny Story About The Boots: Ok so you know how when you get a new leather bag or pair of boots, you take in a deep breath of that new leather smell? Well, I was in my room trying out new lipsticks when the boots arrived and I immeidately took them out of the box and pulled one towards my face to smell it and what do i do? I get a big freaking merlot kiss mark on the inner part of the boot! I was like, “I guess this is what I get for spending an arm and a leg on a pair of boots!” Thank goodness that the mark is on the inside of the boot and I was able to get most of it off!
