Merry Christmas everyone! Today’s post was supposed to feature my Christmas Eve outfit, but since our plans changed I won’t be wearing this Black Halo two piece outfit anymore. I’m just going to save it for Blake’s birthday in New Orleans next week. Anyway, it’s Christmas so I’m going to keep this post short and sweet! Little Black Dress

What would we do without little black dresses in our lives? I can tell you one thing, my wardrobe wouldn’t survive without them. There are so many times when one of my little black dresses has saved the day and it is because of this reason that I always keep my closet fully stocked with them. From body con and maxis to A-line and swing dresses, I’ve got them all in black. Don’t get me wrong, I love color, but sometimes a little black dress is just necessary. Who’s with me!

The Trench Coat Dress

I’m going for “vest” dressed this season and I think I’m winning with this trench coat dress from Chicwish, which can be worn as both a dress and a vest. Obviously, it works way better on me as a dress, but for all of you taller ladies, it looks awesome as a trench vest.
