Good Morning readers and Happy Friday! This is another look from the mini video I filmed in NOLA this past Monday with Kaela Rodehorst Photography and Heritage 1221 Cinema. I can’t wait to see how the video turns out especially with all of these beautiful spring colors. At first, I thought the sky blue tote would be too much paired with the purple tulips and bright pink maxi, but then I realized that it just made the pink pop even more and you know how much I love color pop! Just to give you a little background, A Pinch of Lovely and I have teamed up with Kendra Scott to curate our favorite jewels from her spring 2014 collection. Since we’re from Louisiana, we chose Mardi Gras as our first theme to give you a little taste of New Orleans. This time around we thought we’d lure you in with our sweet southern charm in shades of blush, white, ivory and teal. We can’t wait for the new Kendra Scott store to open in Baton Rouge on Perkins Rowe soon!

Good Morning readers, I was going to share my healthy hair secrets with you today, but that will still have to wait until Monday due to my Wi-Fi problems the other night! Sorry about that! Instead, I’m going to tell you why you need these light-wash Mother jeans for spring. First of all, they are super flattering and right on trend with the distressed details. They’re also crazy comfortable and cropped so you don’t have to get them hemmed, which is a big plus for me since I always have to get every pair of pants hemmed! Get ready to see these jeans on repeat over the next few weeks!

Good Morning readers and Happy Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Mine was amazing because I slept in until 3 in the afternoon yesterday! Can you believe that!! I haven’t slept past 10 am in over a year so I’m sure you can imagine how nice it felt to just lounge around in bed all day! All that extra sleep has me feeling happy and rejuvenated today!
Oh and these Ashley Brooke Designs mugs have a lot to do with my good mood lately too! Every morning I have my daily cup of coffee, sometimes two cups so I absolutely love using my new witty ABD mugs. I can’t help but smile when I read them. They make my every-morning coffee that much more delightful. I can’t think of a better way to start the day, well unless you add some donuts in there. Then it’s a superb morning! I know I have the worst sweet tooth!
