The Perfect Thanksgiving Outfit

Hi everyone, I can’t believe we’re already two days away from Thanksgiving! With that being said, today I’m featuring the perfect thanksgiving outfit with Sole Society. There is honestly no better way to conceal a Thanksgiving food baby than wearing all black with a cozy cape or poncho over it like this reversible colorblock ruana! I also recommend wearing heeled or leg-flattering booties like these Veronika booties from Sole Society to help you avoid looking frumpy if you’re petite like me. In fact, I love the Veronika booties so much that I got them in two colors: bordeaux and chestnut. Also, this is my second year wearing this exact color block cape because it’s so chic and cozy for fall and winter. For size reference: I’m wearing a size small in the jacket and have plenty of room for a sweater or layers beneath. However, if I were only planning on wearing tanks and lightweight tops beneath, then I would have preferred the size XS!

Bootie Info: I’m obsessed with these wedge booties because I feel like they’re more sleek and flattering than most clunky wedge boots. Also, they’re super comfortable, but I recommend going a half size up. I normally wear a sz 6.5, but I went for size 7 in these!

P.S. I cut my jeans to give them this hi-low look!

Rose Gold Bomber + Lace Tank

Hi everyone, if you follow me on Instagram then you know that I thought I would never wear/love a rose gold bomber so much. However, New York Fashion Week always seems to pull out my most creative and eye catching outfit ideas. When I first bought this rose gold bomber, I was obsessed with it, but I never thought I would actually wear it! Yea I’m that kind of person! I buy things even when I know I won’t actually wear them! Fortunately, when I was packing for NYFW, I found myself searching for a neutral jacket wasn’t too boring overdone and I thought of my bomber. Not only did it complete my outfit, but it took my look from casual and simple to edgy and trendy. I not gonna lie, it makes me feel a little bit like “Jenni from the block,” and I don’t hate it!
