Good Morning readers, thank God it’s Friday right?  Also, thank you to everyone who came out to the event at Candy Apple boutique on Tuesday night. The event was a great success and we appreciate all of your business!

About this look: I spotted this faux fur jacket while we were preparing for the grand opening of H&M in New Orleans and I just knew I had to have it. I’m sure that most of you who live down south may be thinking, “Yea, that’s super cute, but when would I ever wear a fur jacket here in Louisiana?” Well, you’re right! Most people wouldn’t wear one down here in the south, but that is what makes it so special and gives it that ‘wow’ factor. It doesn’t have to reach below zero degrees for you to throw one on over a dress or wear it with a pair of leather leggings for a night out.  It just makes you look all the more glamorous than you already are.

As for these boots, I’m sure you all know how obsessed I am with them by now! They’re just downright fabulous and if you haven’t tried a pair of over the knee boots yet this season, I highly recommend it. Strutting a pair of over the knee boots is another glamorous way to stand out in a crowd this season. They just look so sleek and stylish.

Now, head on over to District Dress Up to see how Abbey styled this same fur jacket from H&M with her Sam Edelman Over the Knee boots.

Good Morning readers, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.  I know it’s no fun once Monday rolls around, but at least we  have some cooler weather this morning.  I’ve been waiting for sweater weather to come along so I could finally break out this super cute sweater and jacket combo from H&M that I styled with my Current Elliott jeans. These Current Elliott Soho Zip skinnies are a must-have for fall.  Remember how I styled them (here)?

If you’re wondering what other denim you need this fall, make sure to watch my live fashion segment tomorrow on WBRZ News channel 2 at 4 pm on Tuesday, Oct. 22nd to catch the Haute Off The Rack Fall Five! I’ll be talking about this season’s “hautest” styles of denim!

Good Morning readers, I’m so excited to finally show you Haute Off The Rack’s latest tee design with The Elizabeth Chronicles! I recently collaborated with Katie Dumestre and Rachel Adams of TEC to create a stylish tee for my readers inspired by New Orleans, high fashion and of course Haute Off The Rack.  For those of you who aren’t familiar with TEC’s tee designs, Katie and Rachel create casual, designer-influenced tees with a hint of local flair such as the Crescent City/Chanel tee that I styled in yesterday’s post, Crescent City Style.

For Haute Off The Rack’s tee design, we went for an Hermes-inspired image to emphasize the “H” in “Haute” after I decided on the phrase “Haute For NOLA.”  It didn’t take me long to choose the black and gold color scheme considering that the shirts would be ready just in time for football season. I figured they would be great to wear for Saints’ games to show our love for NOLA.  I hope you like our tee!  I only have a limited quantity left so contact me at  Jenn.hauteofftherack@gmail.com to purchase your tee today!

P.S. If you’re in Baton Rouge today, Krystal and I would love for you to stop by our Beauty Event with Ashley Sievert at Posh boutique on Highland Rd.  See more details on the ad located on my sidebar.
