Good Morning readers and Happy Friday! I’m so excited that it’s finally the weekend because tomorrow is my event at Saks in Canal Place! I’ll be there from 3-5 ready to meet and style you! The actual fashion show starts at 3:30 pm on the second floor of Contemporary Women’s Clothing. I know I’ve probably said that a billion times now, but my mom and friends read my blog every day yet they are still asking what time everything starts this weekend so I figured I would repeat it just for them! 😉
About this look: I wore this super cute Lovers + Friends romper to the Kate Spade Spring 2015 Collection Presentation during New York Fashion Week. The presentation was incredible from the water pale and flower pot handbags to the real live lush green grass that covered the venue. Yes, you read that right! Kate spade covered the floor with sod and thick green grass to maintain their fresh spring theme. See photos of the collection below!

About This Look: I’m so glad that plaid made another comeback year because I am all about comfy, cozy plaid shirts during the fall! I love to wear them with distressed denim, leather leggings, tucked into a skirt, tied around my waist, you name it! This handbag is best for the most stylish and sophisticated of women who thrive on investing in beautiful and timeless pieces.
What helped you choose this new Fall color?
As soon as I saw the new Stone color, I knew I wanted it hands down! Don’t get me the wrong, it was a tough decision considering how beautiful all of the other new fall colors are, but I knew that this gorgeous neutral shade would go with everything!
Is this style practical for the everyday woman?
Yes! The double zippered compartments provide you with plenty of storage room for larger items and the open compartments allow for easy access to your phone, keys and wallet while running around town. Also, the long strap is the perfect length to wear over your shoulder all day without weighing down your arm and cramping your style. We all know how that looks!
What do you believe the demographics for this style will be and why?
I believe the demographic for this bag will be young professionals in their late 20s all the way to women in their early 60s. Young working women will love this bag for it’s sophistication and structure and older women will appreciate its storage space and classic style.
