Hi everyone, today I’ve partnered with Zoës Kitchen to share one of my favorite weekly lunch spots that I can always count on for quick and healthy meals. Blake and I dine there or take out at least once a week to fill our cravings for fresh Mediterranean food. We love to sit outside for lunch and snack on their hummus and freshly baked pita bread and if we’re feeling super motivated, we even substitute sliced cucumbers instead of the pita. I always order the Orzo ‘Tabouli’ Salad and add shrimp kabobs and Blake gets the steak kabobs served over grilled potatoes and roasted vegetables. I also like the shrimp kabobs over the Quinoa Salad and during the summer, the Chicken Salad & Fruit Plate really hits the spot! Oh and I can’t forget to mention their giant chocolate chunk cookies!
