Everlane Jeans Review
Hey everyone, I hope you all had a nice weekend. I just landed in NYC for the week and I made sure to pack these Everlane jeans and boots to wear around the city. Speaking of these jeans, today I’m sharing my Everlane jeans review with you.
These high waisted jeans are such a great fit because because they’re nice and thick, but still very stretchy, which is perfect for me since I’m newly pregnant and truly enjoy the stretch aspect. Also, I’ve mentioned this before, but Everlane also offers their denim in an ankle length, which is ideal for my petite frame. These exact high rise skinny jeans also come in a mid blue color and range from sizes 23-35. Plus they’re super comfortable and the exposed buttons give the jeans an edgy vibe.

Outfit: Authentic Stretch High-Rise Skinny Button Fly, The Boss Boot, The Oversized Blazer & The Cupro Tie-Front Top c/o Everlane
For size reference, I would go true to size in these jeans. I personally went up to a size 28 because I’m about five weeks pregnant and need the extra breathing room. Also, since I’m 5 ft, I cut an inch off the hem even though they were already ankle for the perfect fit. I love paring them with these Boss Boots which also come four other colors available at Everlane. I like how the block heel is short enough to wear all day, but still give you a little lift.

This oversized blazer comes in three other colors and looks great with skinny jeans and fitted dresses. Since the blazer is meant to be oversized, I would size down if you’re petite like myself so that it doesn’t overwhelm you.

The Western Bootie Trend + High Rise Jeans
Hey everyone, I hope you all had a nice weekend. We’ve still been dealing with warm weather over here in Louisiana, but word is that a cool front is coming through next so I can finally wear these Everlane jeans and boots farther than just my front door step. Speaking of these jeans, they’re such a great fit because not only do I love high waisted jeans, but Everlane also offers them in an ankle length, which is perfect for my petite frame. These exact high rise skinny jeans also come in two other colors and range from sizes 23-35. Plus they’re super stretchy and designed specifically for hourglass shapes.
For size reference, I would go true to size in these jeans, but since I’m 5 ft, I still hemmed them a bit even though they were already ankle. I love paring them with these ivory western booties, which also come in black and russet suede available at Everlane.

How to Wear Sleeveless Tops Now & Later!
Hey everyone, I hope you all had a nice weekend. As promised, today I’m sharing my latest Evereve try-on session + how to style each look for both summer and fall. I can’t beleieve we’re already taking about fall, but I’m so ready for it! It’s been 95+ degrees here in Louisiana lately so I’ve been turned down the AC super low in my house lately and dreaming of fall. I’m sure my husband doesn’t appreciate it, but a girl has got to dream right?

How to Wear Sleeveless Tops Now & Later!
Outfit 1 for summer: Rolling Stones Tee (wearing sz s)| Parker Shorts (wearing sz 27, but the 26 fits too— these run a little big, but I got the 27 for comfort) | Greece Sandals (size up a half size)
Since I’m petite (5 ft), I always like to knot the front of my tees for a cute cropped look because it helps lengthen my legs when wearing high waisted bottoms. This rolling stones inspired tee is so comfy and cute for casual everyday wear.

To style the tee for fall, I did swap out the cutoff shorts for some jeans and added cardigan. I would also throw on some ankle booties to complete the look.
Alteration Note: Since I’m only 5 ft, I did get both pairs jeans cut and tapered at the bottom!

I absolutely love this orange colored tank because it transitions so beautifully into fall and I’m all about a pop of color. I also love this cardigan because it’s nice and airy for those early days of fall when when you don’t quite need a sweater, but you want to wear your fall clothes anyway.

7) Thread & Supply Wubby Fleece Pullover | If you can only buy one item from the Nordstrom Sale this year, let it be this fleece pullover. It’s so comfy and cozy! I’m actually wearing it right now as I write this post because our hotel room is freezing. You’ll probably see me wearing it around my house all fall long!
8) Vince Alora Mule | This mule is so flattering on that I had to go both colors! The heel is super high so it’s perfect for someone who is petite like myself.
9) Marc Fisher LTD Yentia Chelsea Boot | I have purchased the Marc Fisher Chelsea boot for the past two fall seasons because they’re so sleek and flattering with the pointy toe. This will be my third year and I got them in three different colors because I wear them that much!
10) Caslon® Faux Shearling Jacket | I’m so glad they offer this adorable shearling jacket in an XS because it’s so cute and cozy, but it’s definitely oversized so be sure to size way down!
Wayf always makes the best strappy tanks like this ruffle detailed one!
I also love the Zella Live in Leggings because they’re such great quality for the price. I always stock up on them each year during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale!
