Good Morning readers, who’s ready for the weekend to start? I know I am! I wish my weekend included a beach trip, but unfortunately I have to wait all the way until July for the beach. Until then, I’ll just have to pretend to enjoy this mucky looking water at Fontainebleau State Park beach where I live. Hey, I’ll use any excuse to wear this adorable flamingo printed tunic by Show Me Your Mumu even if that means brown water! However, just so you know this tunic does look super cute with a pair of cutoff denim shorts.
By the way, the other girl in the photos with me is my little sister in case you were wondering!!

Good morning readers and welcome to Day 9 of Haute Off The Rack’s Island Getaway. Krystal of A Pinch of Lovely and Sarah of Think Twice Style and I have bravely volunteered to bring you some of this season’s “hautest” swimwear trends starting with the classic black + white + gold look. I usually can’t wear black during the summer without a pop of color somewhere so I used my my colorful Tart wrap as a bathing suit cover up. As for my bathing suit, I wouldn’t recommend laying out in a monokini considering how your tan lines would turn out but it’s still a great piece to have when you’re feeling a little self-conscious about wearing a bathing suit in front of people. The monokini is basically just a more fun and flirty one-piece with cutouts so if you’ve been wanting to try something new or if you’re not quite ready for a bikini but want to ditch the one-peice, I highly recommend the monokini!

Good Morning everyone! This is probably my favorite piece by Candace Kelly other than the Sunset beach dress. I’ve been waiting for this bathing suit cover up since we ordered it in November of last year! I just love the fringe detail, the pockets, the hood, the print…pretty much everything about it! I hope you’ve enjoyed all of my Candace Kelly outfit posts as much as I have!
I’m super excited because I have a shoot with Max today and I have two special guests joining me to help me show you some more outfits for high school and college graduations coming up. I’m sure you’re tired of seeing me all the time. I’ve noticed that everyone loves my fashion features so I’m going to try and include more people in my shoots. I think it’s great to see clothing on all kinds of body types. Speaking of different body types, I’ve had a number of requests to feature fuller figured women on my blog and I do plan on honoring that request. Good Morning readers! Do these terri cloth jumpsuits and rompers not just make you want head straight for St. Barth’s or the Virgin Islands…becuase that’s exactly what I wanted to do when I saw Candace Kelly’s Spring 2012 collection. I’m so excited that we have picked up this line at Park Lane boutique, and it was so sweet of Candace to gift me those two adorable jumpsuits pictured in the second picture above in both Pool and Marine Lattice which just happen to be my favorite! I will most definitely be featuring those pieces on here along with a few other dresses and cover ups from her fabulous line. She created this line because she noticed that there was a lack of “stylish and sexy, yet practical” clothing for women to wear on the beach and then out to shop and enjoy lunch. What a genius idea! I’m sure that most of you can agree that she totally achieved that stylish and sexy, yet comfortable and appropriate look through this fabulous luxury resort designs. I also love the fact that she offers so many different colors for each individual style. My two favorite colors are Pool and Marine Lattice. Which ones do you like?
