We just celebrated Beck’s first birthday, which was a huge milestone for all three of us. Like most moms, I wanted to do everything possible to make Beck’s birthday feel super special even though it’s probably the only birthday he’ll never remember. LOL If you’re a parent, you know there is so much that goes into planning and preparing for a one year old birthday party.  And while everything turned out wonderfully, I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t a little stressful.

How cute is this red gingham tablecloth for a backyard BBQ or picnic party? The red gingham paper plates are adorable too if you opt out of tablecloths.

Thankfully, Walmart+ saved the day with free shipping and free delivery. We got all of our groceries delivered right to our house so we could spend more time decorating and preparing. Plus Walmart has all the best outdoor toys to entertain the little kiddies during parties. We got basketball, golf, T-Ball, a bowling game and a Jump n’ Slide bouncer, which was a huge hit at the party. They were the perfect big boy gifts for Beck for everyone to use at the birthday party. In fact, quite a few of our friends ordered the same bouncer before they even left the party! It’s the perfect size for toddlers and super easy to inflate.

It’s a new kind of membership that brings together in-store and online benefits to help save Walmart customers more money.

The benefits include: NEW Walmart+ free shipping from Walmart.com with (excludes freight & Marketplace items), Free delivery from your local store (your order must be at least $35 and other restrictions may apply), mobile scan & go, and member prices on fuel! Put more time back in your busy lives and more money back into your account because you deserve it with Walmart+.

Walmart+ makes shopping faster for families, which is exactly what I need these days especially when I’m scrambling to get everything ready for a party. I immediately signed up for the membership the minute they released it last year and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made! Membership costs $98 a year or $12.95 a month and includes a 15-day free trial period. Not having to take 3 full hours to get out of the house with Beck to the grocery store and back is worth every penny of the membership fee!
