My Top Purchases from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2020
Good morning everyone! I’m so excited because today at 8:30 am CST marks the first day of “early access” to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. Fortunately for you and me, yet unfortunately for my husband, I have “ambassador” status in the Nordy Club so I was able to shop the sale last week so that I could review all of the amazing sale items that purchased. I of course snapped some photos and videos of my favorite pieces to share them with you here on my blog and Instagram! Most people don’t realize how petite I am so and I understand that knowing my sizes can help you determine what size to get.
Post pregnancy I am a size 27 in jeans & medium in high waisted bottoms, size S in tops (36C), Medium in sports bras, small in leggings
– I am 5′ ft
If I share any old photos from last year my sizes were: 26 in jeans & sz small in most bottoms, XS/S in tops (34B), XS/S in dresses.

1) Cozy Cardigans — I love the Barefoot Dreams, Leith and BP cardigans each year during the sale
2) Designer Denim — This year I would keep your eyes out for Kut from Cloth, AG Jeans, Good American and Frame.
3) Boots & Ankle Booties — I always love the Marc Fisher, Steve Madden, Sam Edelman and Jeffrey Campbell booties
4) Activewear — Zella leggings are the best, but I also love All Yoga too.
5) Shoes — shoes and more shoes! I probably buy 10 pairs of fall shoes from the sale each year and I use them all season long! Last year, I scooped up some of my favorite shoes of all time that I still receive compliments on!

One of the best investment items you can snag from the sale is the nuna MIXX™ Next Stroller! It’s a Pack-up and go anywhere stroller with a smooth ride that you can easily maneuver with one hand and lay flat for quick naps on the go. I especially like the fact that its compact fold lets it fit into tighter spaces, so you can take more trips to more places. We got this one for my mom to keep at her house and pack along to our beach condo. These bras are so incredibly comfortable that I bought doubles in all of them. I especially love the V-Neck Bralette and the Triangle Convertible Strap Bralette because they’re seamless and so flattering. The How Perfect No-Wire Contour Bra is also super soft and comfortable too. As for the Red Carpet Convertible Strapless Bra, I never really enjoy wearing strapless bras, but at least this one has a great fit and shape. They make your boobs look perfectly rounded.

My Top 10 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Picks 2018
Good morning everyone! I’m so excited because today marks the first day of “early access” to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. Fortunately, I was able to get into the Houston Galleria location yesterday for an exclusive sneak peek of all the amazing sale items. I even got to scoop up my favorite pieces and bring them home for me to review and share with you! 2) Leith Ribbed Shawl Cocoon Sweater | I’m wearing this cardigan in the first photo on this page (wearing sz XS for reference). It’s so soft and comfortable. I got both the pink and tan.

3) Articles of Society Heather Distressed Ankle Skinny Jeans | These high waisted jeans are so cute and flattering. Plus they’re super comfortable, which I find is rare when it comes to high waisted jeans!
4) Halogen® Ribbed Cashmere Vest | I’m always a fan of a sleeveless cardigan. I’ll pair it with lace camis and long sleeve tees in the fall.
5) WAYF Lace-Up Ruffle Cami | This cami is so cute and trendy. Plus you can start wearing it now in the summer since these types of tanks are meant to be worn year round.
6) Trouvé Menswear Blazer | I’m a huge fan of blazers this season especially when you pair them with shorts to make a shorts suit. I also like to wear them casually with the jeans or cutoffs for an edgy vibe.

7) Thread & Supply Wubby Fleece Pullover | If you can only buy one item from the Nordstrom Sale this year, let it be this fleece pullover. It’s so comfy and cozy! I’m actually wearing it right now as I write this post because our hotel room is freezing. You’ll probably see me wearing it around my house all fall long!
8) Vince Alora Mule | This mule is so flattering on that I had to go both colors! The heel is super high so it’s perfect for someone who is petite like myself.
9) Marc Fisher LTD Yentia Chelsea Boot | I have purchased the Marc Fisher Chelsea boot for the past two fall seasons because they’re so sleek and flattering with the pointy toe. This will be my third year and I got them in three different colors because I wear them that much!
10) Caslon® Faux Shearling Jacket | I’m so glad they offer this adorable shearling jacket in an XS because it’s so cute and cozy, but it’s definitely oversized so be sure to size way down!
Wayf always makes the best strappy tanks like this ruffle detailed one!
I also love the Zella Live in Leggings because they’re such great quality for the price. I always stock up on them each year during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale!
