Good Morning readers, today I’m sharing how to maintain your beauty routine while traveling. If you follow along with Haute Off The Rack regularly then you know that I’ve been traveling nonstop, but just because I’m not at home doesn’t mean that I can skip my daily beauty routine. I make sure to pack everything along including my Crest Professional Effects Whitestrips. As I’ve mentioned before, its super easy to make whitening your teeth apart of your daily routine because you only have to do it once a day for 20 days. The kit comes with 40 strips, which gives you 20 for lower and 20 for upper. Just apply the gel side strip to your teeth, wait 30 minutes and voila! Fortunately, the Whitestrips packets are super tiny so they easily fit into your toiletry bag. In fact, you probably won’t even notice they’re in there, which is my favorite kind of stuff to pack considering that I barely make the weight limit each time with checked luggage!
As for how to maintain the rest of your beauty routine while traveling, scroll down to the bottom of the post for a few tips!

1) Buy the travel size for all of the products you normally use at home from toothpaste and dry shampoo to face moisturizer and eye brightening serum. This way you are less likely to accidentally leave something behind.
2) Remind yourself of all the catching up you’ll have to do once you return home if you skip a few steps while you’re away.
3) I cannot stress wearing SPF and drinking plenty of water enough! No matter where you are traveling this summer, make sure to constantly reapply your SPF and to drink more water than usual.
4) Go for a walk and explore. I totally get that not everyone likes to include the gym on their itinerary when traveling so don’t, but do stay active! This could even mean going for a morning or evening walk to explore the resort or area you’re staying in. If you’re staying with a group of people, initiate a fun game that involves some form of exercise like beach volleyball or badminton.
4) Lastly, reward yourself! As if the appearance of a healthy body, hair, skin and teeth isn’t already rewarding enough! You should still treat yourself. If you’re doing your part, I’d say that you deserve a massage or a facial or even just a simple pedicure! You could even indulge yourself with margaritas or specialty desserts, which is what I like to go for!
