Hi everyone, today I’ve partnered with Zoës Kitchen to share one of my favorite weekly lunch spots that I can always count on for quick and healthy meals. Blake and I dine there or take out at least once a week to fill our cravings for fresh Mediterranean food. I always order the Orzo ‘Tabouli’ Salad and add shrimp kabobs and Blake gets the steak kabobs served over grilled potatoes and roasted vegetables. I also like the shrimp kabobs over the Quinoa Salad and during the summer, the Chicken Salad & Fruit Plate really hits the spot! Oh and I can’t forget to mention their giant chocolate chunk cookies!
