Good Morning readers, how beautiful is the silk Jennifer blouse and I’m not just saying that because we share the same name! My favorite part of the blouse is the gold button detail down the back! I paired it with some sequin leggings and faux fur jacket for a fancy New Year’s Eve look, but this blouse also looks great tucked into a skirt for work! Good Morning readers and Happy Weekend! Today, I styled this Camilyn Beth dress as a holiday party outfit idea for everyone heading to fancy parties this weekend and through Christmas Eve. This ruffled Go Go dress is also a great look for New Year’s Eve too! I’m wearing the fuchsia color here, but I absolutely love the dress in peony pink and ivory too!
I know this is super random, but I’m watching Austin Powers right now as I write this post, which is so funny since I’m featuring a Go Go style dress! I’ve always wanted to rock a groovy Go Go dress from the 70s! I know that they used to where them a little shorter back then so I’d say that is a more modest and classy version of the Go Go dress. However, I did recently get my dress hemmed a little since I am so petite (only 5 ft!) These photos are from before I got the dress hemmed. Stay tuned to see how it looks a couple inches shorter on me after the New Year! I already have another post planned for this groovy dress! Yea Baby! <–(was that lame? lol)
P.S. As for all of you brides-to-be, you would look simply smashing in the ivory Go Go dress for a wedding shower or the rehearsal dinner! I’m not even engaged “yet” and I’m already planning on wearing the ivory Go Go dress for at least one of my “future” wedding events! (My boyfriend is going to kill me if reads this! lol)
